MY STORY
Currently, I am a Senior Application Engineer at Ansys, Inc. My role involves close collaboration with our customers to implement simulation and process data management solutions. Previously, I worked as a Materials Engineer at DENSO International America, Inc., and as a Consulting Engineer at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. At DENSO, I deepened my understanding of metallurgy, materials testing, research & development, and manufacturing auditing. At Hexagon, I implemented data management solutions for materials engineering organizations across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, energy and gas, and federal research agencies.
In 2024, I earned my Master of Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering with a specialization in Biomaterials.
My professional interests are centered on the intersection of data science and engineering, particularly in the emerging fields of Materials Informatics and Integrated Computational Material Engineering (ICME). I am passionate about leveraging data-driven approaches to solve complex engineering problems and am excited to be part of the evolution of these interdisciplinary fields.
Outside of engineering, I enjoy baking, gaming, gardening, movies, and art.
